(1)按照重量份稱取各原料;
(2)將鈦合金、鋁合金、鎳合金、錫、銅、釹、鈮、銦、鎘、碳化硅、二氧化硅、熱穩(wěn)定劑加入坩堝電阻爐,抽真空,真空燒結(jié),燒結(jié)溫度為900-960℃,燒結(jié)時間為2.5-4小時,得到真空燒結(jié)混合物;
(3)再將真空燒結(jié)混合物在惰性氣體中冷卻至350-380℃,然后注入三輥混煉機(jī)內(nèi)攪拌密煉30-60分鐘,密煉溫度為450℃,并依次加入醋酸纖維、聚砜、聚乙烯吡啶、四羥基苯醌、乙酸異丙烯酯,攪拌速度為500-800轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘;
(4)往步驟(3)得到的混合物中加入間硫甲酚、對氨基甲苯鄰磺酰苯胺、變性劑,攪拌均勻后加壓至2-5MPa,攪拌速度為400-800轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘,攪拌溫度為450℃,保溫攪拌1小時;
(5)將步驟(4)得到的混合物直接注入模具壓制成型,將成型后的材料直接放入-30℃的低溫箱中冷卻20-30分鐘;
(6)將低溫冷卻后的成型物料放入惰性氣體保存箱,冷卻至室溫,得到成品。
其有益效果為:本發(fā)明的輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)度復(fù)合金屬材料以鈦合金、鋁合金、鎳合金、錫、銅、釹、鈮、銦、鎘、碳化硅、二氧化硅為主要成分,通過加入醋酸纖維、聚砜、聚乙烯吡啶、四羥基苯醌、乙酸異丙烯酯、間硫甲酚、對氨基甲苯鄰磺酰苯胺、變性劑、熱穩(wěn)定劑,輔以真空燒結(jié)、高溫密煉、加壓攪拌、壓模冷卻等工藝,使得制備而成的 輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)度復(fù)合金屬材料,其質(zhì)量輕、強(qiáng)度高,能夠滿足行業(yè)的要求,具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。

of 45 μM). Tetrahydroxyquinone is an efficient inducer of ROS production in HL60 leukaemia cells.
Tetrahydroxyquinone efficiently activates caspase 3 in concentration in excess of 25 μM, stimulates DNA fragmentation at the same concentration and provoke phosphatidylserine exposure.
Tetrahydroxyquinone induces the release of cytochrome c from the mitochondria at concentration as low as 25 μM. Tetrahydroxyquinone treatment also causes increase of phosphorylation of Ser473 in protein kinase B (the Bad kinase for Ser112).
