抗心肌缺血、抑制血小板聚集作用;解痙作用;鎮(zhèn)痛、鎮(zhèn)靜作用;抗炎、抗?jié)冏饔?;保肝作用;調(diào)節(jié)免疫力作用;耐缺氧作用等。臨床應(yīng)用:用于冠心病的治療;用于老年性疾病,增強體質(zhì)與免疫功能、抗炎止咳、祛痰平喘等方面,尤其是老年慢性呼吸道疾病的治療中可作輔助藥物。

應(yīng)用
芍藥苷可抗組織細胞氧化應(yīng)激損傷、抑制星形膠質(zhì)細胞的激活、增強保護神經(jīng),對于紋狀體及黑質(zhì)多巴胺能神經(jīng)細胞的損傷具有明顯的拮抗作用,并可改善運動遲緩,因而可用于治療阿爾茨海默癥、帕金森病、癲癇等腦部疾病。此外,芍藥苷還可以抗腫瘤、類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎和強直性脊柱炎等自身免疫性疾病。動物實驗還證明芍藥苷可明顯降低血糖含量、對心肺細胞具有重要的保護作用。
制備
稱取40kg白芍藥材,用70%乙醇浸泡過夜,回流提取2次,每次2h,濾過,合并濾液,旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)至無醇味,調(diào)整藥液使每1ml藥液相當(dāng)于0.5g生藥,備用。稱取120kg(濕重)LX38樹脂,裝入不銹鋼柱(300×2300cm)中,柱體積為60L,上樣,吸附1h后,先用水300L,10%乙醇300L去除雜質(zhì),再用50%乙醇360L洗脫芍藥苷和白芍苷,最后用95%乙醇再生樹脂,流速為150?200L/h,將50%乙醇部位濃縮蒸干得2.52kg,其中芍藥苷純度為24%,白芍苷為16%。
