After the reaction was completed, it was naturally cooled, and the low-boiling substance was evaporated under reduced pressure to obtain a yellow transparent liquid. The spur fractionation column oil pump was distilled under reduced pressure, and the temperature was collected at a temperature of 90-120 ° C / 16 mm. It is triethyl 2-fluorophosphorylacetate.
