[Iopromide in angiography. Review of the literature].
R Brossel
Abstract
Iopromide, a new non-ionic contrast medium, is better tolerated than conventional contrast media: its low osmolality and its low chemotoxicity make it extremely well tolerated in vascular opacification, and very efficient in arterial and venous imaging. A review of the international literature encompasses the physiochemical properties of Iopromide, its pharmacokinetics, and the prospective trials, comparative and open, centered on arteriography and phlebography.
