AK sweetener is white crystalline powder. The melting point is 225℃, can be easily dissolved in water and most organic solvent. It can be distributed equably in foods, drinks & oral cavity hygiene products, etc.
While in foods production, AK sweetener never be decomposed easily when stored in different temperature & period. Even if dry AK sweetener is kept in high temperature, ie. 100℃ within 24 hours, its character has no changes.
Though baking test & research many times, AK sweetener never be found being destroyed. Its character is very steady. It can be used in biscuit & cookies by baking even if the cooking temperature is higher enough. AK sweetener never has reaction with any other additives when baking.
