Human SLC2A1 Full Length Protein, His Tag (SL1-H55H3) is expressed from Baculovirus-Insect cells. It contains AA Glu 2 - Val 492 (Accession # P11166).
Predicted N-terminus: Glu 2
蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 56.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 43-45 kDa and 55-80 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

If glycerol is not compatible to your application, remove glycerol just before immediate experiment, and NEVER store glycerol-free protein solution.
Supplied as 0.2 μm filtered solution in 50 mM HEPES, 150 mM Nacl, DDM, pH7.5, CHS with glycerol as protectant.
