CXCL13分子背景
CXCL13最初被稱為BLC（B淋巴細(xì)胞趨化因子）或BCA-1（B細(xì)胞吸引趨化因子1），是一種穩(wěn)態(tài)趨化因子。它由次級淋巴組織（卵泡）B細(xì)胞區(qū)域的基質(zhì)細(xì)胞組成性分泌，如脾臟、淋巴結(jié)、扁桃體和派爾氏結(jié)。CXCL13在協(xié)調(diào)次級淋巴器官空間不同區(qū)域內(nèi)的細(xì)胞遷移中起著關(guān)鍵作用。它強烈吸引B淋巴細(xì)胞，同時只促進少量T細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞的遷移。CXCL13通過其受體CXCR5發(fā)揮其功能，該受體最初是從伯基特淋巴瘤中分離出來的，因此被命名為伯基特淋巴瘤受體1（BLR1）。
