Description：醋酸恩夫韋地于2003年由美國FDA批準(zhǔn),在HIV病毒感染的治療中與其他抗HIV病毒藥物聯(lián)合應(yīng)用。恩夫韋地是一種新型抗逆病毒藥物,是近7年來抗艾滋病治療藥物的先鋒。恩夫韋地模擬HR2域、由HIV-1gp41蛋白衍生而合成的36個(gè)氨基酸多肽,為一選擇性、有效的HIV-1融合和感染抑制劑,可結(jié)合于HR1三聚體螺旋,阻止HR1-HR2六螺旋束的形成,因而防止病毒顆粒與宿主細(xì)胞融合。
Enfuvirtide Acetate was approved by the US FDA in 2003 and used in combination with other anti-HIV drugs in the treatment of HIV infection.Enfuvirtide is a new type of antiretroviral drug and a pioneer of anti AIDS drugs in the past 7 years. Enfuvirtide simulates the HR2 domain and synthesizes 36 amino acid peptides derived from HIV-1gp41 protein. It is a selective and effective HIV-1 fusion and infection inhibitor. It can bind to the HR1 trimeric helix to prevent the formation of HR1-HR2 six-helix bundles, thus preventing the fusion of virus particles with host cells.
