Physostigmine hemisulfate (Eserine hemisulfate) 是一種可逆的乙酰膽堿酯酶 (AChE) 抑制劑。Physostigmine hemisulfate 可以透過(guò)血腦屏障并刺激中樞膽堿能神經(jīng)傳遞。Physostigmine hemisulfate 能逆轉(zhuǎn)阿爾茨海默病轉(zhuǎn)基因小鼠的記憶缺陷。Physostigmine hemisulfate 也是抗膽堿能中毒的解毒劑。體內(nèi)研究
Physostigmine hemisulfate (Eserine hemisulfate; 0.03-0.3 mg/kg; s.c.; daily for 6 weeks) improves deficits in contextual and cued memory in Tg(+) mice.
Physostigmine hemisulfate (IV; 0.1, 0.2 mg/kg) delays time to emergence from isoflurane anesthesia at doses ≥0.2 mg/kg in male Sprague-Dawley rats.
