地榆皂苷I,英文名ziyu-glycoside I,是從薔薇科地榆屬植物地榆或長葉地榆的根中提取得到的有明顯藥理活性的化合物。
生物活性
Ziyuglycoside I 從 S. officinalis 根中分離,具有抗皺活性,并增加 I 型膠原蛋白的表達。 Ziyuglycoside I 可用作化妝品的有效成分。Ziyuglycoside I 引發(fā) p53 介導的細胞周期阻滯和凋亡 (apoptosis),可用于三陰乳腺癌的相關研究。
體外研究

Ziyuglycoside I (5-160 μM; 24 hours) reveals a marked anti-proliferation activity with an IC 50 value of 13.96 μM in MDA-MB-231 cells. Ziyuglycoside I (5-20 μM; 24 hours) induces MDA-MB-231 cell apoptosis by increasing the percentage of apoptotic cells from 2.43% to 44.76% at 20 μM. Ziyuglycoside I (5-20 μM; 24 hours) induces the cleavage of caspas-8, caspase-9, and caspase-3, up-regulates the pro-apoptotic protein Bax, and down-regulates anti-apoptotic protein Bal-2, dose-dependently reduces the level of mito-cyto c expression.
