Set the heat exchanger temperature -20 °C ,The reaction temperature.The perfluoropropylene feed was set at 0.75 L / min (5 g / min)15 mol% fluorine gas-nitrogen mixture feed 5.1 L / min.The residence time was 0.026 s.Set the reaction pressure to 0.15MPa.The reaction raw material perfluoropropylene enters the "heart-shaped" microchannel reaction module through the microchannel premixing preheating module,The fluorine gas - nitrogen mixture enters the microchannel reaction module and the perfluoropropylene directly through the gas mass flow meter.The crude product of the reaction was analyzed by acid treatment after the quenching module.The results showed that the conversion of perfluorinated propylene was 98.6% and the selectivity of perfluoropropane was 98.8%.
