In a three-necked flask was added 5-chloroacetylsalicylamide (18.424 g, 0.0679 mol)Dibenzylamine (14.725 g, 0.0747 mol),Water and methanol mixture (water 15ml, methanol 50ml), oil bath temperature 60 reaction,After the reaction was completed, the solvent was evaporated to give 18.87 g of a primary product of 5- (N, N-dibenzylamino) acetylsalicylamide,The product was recrystallized twice from a mixture of methanol and water to give 23.907g of product, yield 94.1%.
