Steps:
1.2-5.2 (2) Synthesis of 2-fluoroethylamine hydrochloride:
Add 347.7 g (1.8 mol) of 2-fluoroethyl phthalimide intermediate prepared in S1 into a 3L reaction vessel and dissolve it with 2.2L ethanol under mechanical stirring.Then 123.7g (1.98mol) of 80% hydrazine hydrate was added dropwise, and the temperature was raised to 50°C to react for 1h.Then the temperature was raised to reflux for 8h, the pH was adjusted to 5 with hydrochloric acid, refluxed for 1h, filtered,The filtrate is concentrated to dryness, dissolved in a small amount of water, filtered, and the filter cake is rinsed with a small amount of water.The filtrate was concentrated to dryness again, and a small amount of ethanol at about 0°C was added to make a slurry, filtered and dried in vacuum164.7 g (1.656 mol) of white flaky crystal 2-fluoroethylamine hydrochloride was obtained, with a yield of 92%.
