一、試劑盒簡介
        本試劑盒是簡單快速從細(xì)胞到cDNA的一步法試劑盒，無需復(fù)雜的RNA提取步驟，試劑盒中含有g(shù)DNA Remover可有效去除基因組DNA，極大降低了基因組DNA的污染。具體過程是：根據(jù)細(xì)胞數(shù)，按照80 µl /10萬細(xì)胞的量加Cell Lysis Buffer，吹吸10次，充分裂解細(xì)胞；立即吸出4 - 8 µl細(xì)胞裂解產(chǎn)物，加入0.8 µl gDNA Remover，室溫反應(yīng)5 min，即可去除基因組DNA。然后加入逆轉(zhuǎn)錄試劑，充分混勻后，只需42℃、15 min即可得到cDNA。
