Frizzled-2（FZD2）也被稱為FzE2，屬于G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體Fz/Smo家族。大多數(shù)卷曲受體與β-連環(huán)蛋白規(guī)范信號通路偶聯(lián)，導致凌亂蛋白的激活、GSK-3激酶的抑制、β-連環(huán)素的核積累和Wnt靶基因的激活。FZD2包含一個FZ（卷曲）結(jié)構(gòu)域。FZD2可能參與組織形態(tài)發(fā)生和/或分化組織中極性信息的轉(zhuǎn)導和細胞間傳遞。FZD2的Lys-Thr-X-X-X-Trp基序與Dvl（發(fā)育不良）家族成員的PDZ域相互作用，并參與Wnt/β-catenin信號通路的激活。
