背景（Background）

Notch3是四種哺乳動物Notch蛋白之一，作為信號受體，參與發(fā)育模式、細胞命運決定、細胞存活和增殖的調(diào)節(jié)。Notch3可以與膜結(jié)合配體Jagged1、Jagged2和Delta1相互作用，調(diào)節(jié)細胞命運的決定。通過配體激活，缺口細胞內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)域（NICD）被釋放并形成轉(zhuǎn)錄激活子RBPJ/RBPSHH復(fù)合物，激活分裂位點增強子的基因。因此，Notch3的激活可以導(dǎo)致分化、增殖和凋亡程序的實施。
