背景（Background）

Notch3是四種哺乳動(dòng)物Notch蛋白之一，作為信號(hào)受體，參與發(fā)育模式、細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決定、細(xì)胞存活和增殖的調(diào)節(jié)。Notch3可以與膜結(jié)合配體Jagged1、Jagged2和Delta1相互作用，調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞命運(yùn)的決定。通過(guò)配體激活，缺口細(xì)胞內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)域（NICD）被釋放并形成轉(zhuǎn)錄激活子RBPJ/RBPSHH復(fù)合物，激活分裂位點(diǎn)增強(qiáng)子的基因。因此，Notch3的激活可以導(dǎo)致分化、增殖和凋亡程序的實(shí)施。
