描述	Imipramine (Dimipressin) is an orally active Fascin1 inhibitor with antidepressant and antitumor activity.Imipramine inhibits the 5-hydroxytryptamine transporter (IC50: 32 nM), induces apoptosis, and induces autophagy in U-87MG glioma cells.Imipramine has neuroprotective and immunomodulatory activities, inhibits TNT, and is used to label brain blood vessels.Imipramine is a neuroprotective and immunomodulatory compound. Imipramine has neuroprotective and immunomodulatory activities, inhibits invasion and migration of TNBC cells, and can be used to study breast cancer and epilepsy.
體外活性	在 DLD-1、HCT-116 和 SW-480 細(xì)胞系中，Imipramine（0.5-300 μM;3 天）能夠抑制細(xì)胞存活率，其中 HCT-116 對其更為敏感，而比 DLD-1 和 SW-480 敏感[1]。
體內(nèi)活性	在被暴露于重復(fù)社交挫敗（RSD）和家庭籠控制（HCC）的雄性 C57BL/6 小鼠（6-8 周齡）中，Imipramine（20 mg/kg或 15 mg/kg;腹腔注射或口服，每天持續(xù) 24 天）能夠逆轉(zhuǎn) RSD 引起的社交回避行為，顯著增加相互作用時間，并顯著降低了大腦微膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞中 IL-6 的應(yīng)激誘導(dǎo) mRNA 水平[4]。
