用途：
對(duì)烯醇化的芳香酮、脂肪酮，芳香醛、脂肪醛、雙芳基酮、內(nèi)酯等羰基化合物的親核二氟甲基化，具有很好普適性。
在金屬催化下(二氟甲基)三甲基硅烷參與偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)，如銅催化芳基碘或者烯基碘和(二氟甲基)三甲基硅烷的偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)。
作為二氟甲基源，合成一系列其他二氟甲基化試劑。
Purpose:
?Nucleophilic difluoromethylation of enolizable aromatic ketones, aliphatic ketones, aromatic aldehydes, aliphatic aldehydes, diarylketones, lactones, and other carbonyl compounds under the presence of CsF/18-crown-6.
?Under metal catalysis, (difluoromethyl) trimethylsilane participates in coupling reactions, such as copper catalyzed coupling reactions between aryl iodine or vinyl iodine and (difluoromethyl) trimethylsilane.
Difluoromethyl source of a series of other difluoromethylation reagents.
