Human PD-L2 Protein, Fc Tag (PD2-H5251) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Leu 20 - Pro 219 (Accession # AAI13679).

蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 49.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-70 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

程序性細(xì)胞死亡1配體2（PD-L2）也被稱為B7-DC，CD273，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族或BTN/MOG家族。PD-L2的表達(dá)通過單核細(xì)胞中的IFNG/IFN-γ刺激上調(diào)，并在用CSF2和IL-4從外周血單核細(xì)胞生長的樹突狀細(xì)胞上誘導(dǎo)。PD-L2參與共刺激信號，以PDCD1非依賴的方式對T細(xì)胞增殖和IFNG產(chǎn)生至關(guān)重要。PD-L2與PDCD1的相互作用通過阻斷細(xì)胞周期進(jìn)程和細(xì)胞因子產(chǎn)生來抑制T細(xì)胞增殖。
