This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 26.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 30-35 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

程序性細(xì)胞死亡1配體1（PDL1）也稱為B7-H、B7H1、MGC142294、MGC1422 96、PD-L1、PDCD1L1和PDCD1LG1，是生長中的B7免疫分子家族的成員，參與細(xì)胞和體液免疫反應(yīng)的調(diào)節(jié)。PDL1是一個(gè)細(xì)胞表面免疫球蛋白超家族，在細(xì)胞外區(qū)域內(nèi)有兩個(gè)Ig樣結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個(gè)短的細(xì)胞質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)域。這種蛋白質(zhì)在大多數(shù)外周組織以及造血細(xì)胞中廣泛表達(dá)。PDL1及其屬于CD28分子家族的受體之間的相互作用在調(diào)節(jié)T細(xì)胞活化和耐受中提供刺激和抑制信號(hào)。PDL1可以通過誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡和阻止細(xì)胞周期進(jìn)展來抑制正在進(jìn)行的T細(xì)胞反應(yīng)。
