Human DR3 Protein, Fc Tag (DR3-H5253) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gln 25 - Gln 199 (Accession # Q93038-1).

蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 45.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 53-63 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員25（TNFRSF25）也稱(chēng)為Apo-3、死亡受體3（DDR3或DR3）、細(xì)胞凋亡誘導(dǎo)受體AIR、細(xì)胞凋亡介導(dǎo)受體TRAMP、淋巴細(xì)胞相關(guān)死亡受體Apo-3，是TNF受體超家族的成員。TNFRSF25是一種同源二聚體蛋白，它可以通過(guò)死亡結(jié)構(gòu)域與TNFRSF1和TRADD強(qiáng)烈相互作用，激活至少兩種不同的信號(hào)級(jí)聯(lián)，即凋亡和NF-kappa-B信號(hào)。TNFRSF25是TNFSF12/APO3L/TWEAK的受體。
