Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
This product is stable after storage at:
-20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state;
-70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Galectin-4分子背景
半乳凝素-4（Gal-4），也稱為L36LBP（L-36乳糖結(jié)合蛋白）。半乳凝素是一個(gè)β-半乳糖苷結(jié)合蛋白家族，參與調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞間和細(xì)胞基質(zhì)相互作用。半乳凝素-4的表達(dá)集中在胃腸上皮的微絨毛內(nèi)，在腸道炎癥期間，它可以與CD3相互作用，并結(jié)合固有層中的活化T細(xì)胞。LGALS4是一種S型凝集素，在癌癥中強(qiáng)烈表達(dá)不足。
