VPM peptide is a peptide crosslinking agent that can be cleaved by dithiol proteases and is a straight chain peptide composed of 16 amino acids. VPM peptide can be incorporated into the main chain of PEG diacrylate (PEG-DA) macromonomer to form PEG hydrogel.
