[D-Ala2] - GIP (human) is an efficient GIP receptor agonist peptide with a sequence containing 42 amino acids and an EC50 of 630 ± 119 pM. In cells expressing wild-type GIP receptors, they exhibit equivalent cAMP stimulation characteristics and higher enzymatic degradation resistance compared to natural GIP.
