Description：GIP (1-30), porcine, amide是豬源的胃抑素片段多肽，序列中含有N端前30個(gè)氨基酸，并且C端酰胺化。該GIP多肽片段在分離的、灌注的大鼠胰腺中具有有效的促胰島素活性，但在分離的灌注大鼠胃中大大降低促生長(zhǎng)激素活性。GIP (1-30), porcine, amide負(fù)責(zé)促胰島素活性的位點(diǎn)顯然位于GIP的殘基19和30之間。
GIP (1-30), porcine, amide are porcine derived gastrostatin fragment peptides with the first 30 amino acids at the N-terminus and amidation at the C-terminus. This GIP peptide fragment has effective proinsulin activity in isolated and perfused rat pancreas, but significantly reduces growth hormone activity in isolated perfused rat stomach. The sites responsible for proinsulin activity in GIP (1-30), porcine, and amide are clearly located between residues 19 and 30 of GIP.
