Description：Alloferon 2屬于抗菌肽中的一種，最初是從麗蠅中提取的由12個氨基酸組成的多肽片段，在一些生物學體外試驗中發(fā)現(xiàn)，該多肽片段可激活 NK細胞；體內(nèi)試驗顯示用該多肽片段處理小鼠后會誘發(fā)干擾素的合成, 有抗流感病毒、抗腫瘤的功能。目前Alloferon 2主要用于獸藥研究階段中。
Alloferon 2 belongs to one of the Cathelicidin. It was originally a peptide fragment composed of 12 amino acids extracted from Calliphora calliphora. In some biological experiments in vitro, it was found that this peptide fragment can activate NK cells; In vivo experiments have shown that treating mice with this peptide fragment can induce the synthesis of interferon, which has anti influenza virus and anti-tumor functions. Currently, Alloferon 2 is mainly used in the research phase of veterinary drugs.
