Description：Leupeptin是一種可透過膜的巰基蛋白酶抑制劑多肽，序列中含有三個氨基酸，是一種醛肽，可抑制 Cathepsin B, Cathepsin H 和 Cathepsin L，并損害兩性溶酶體的融合。Leupeptin hemisulfate 也具有抗炎作用。
Leuppeptin is a membrane permeable sulfhydryl protease inhibitor peptide, which contains three amino acids in its sequence. It is an aldehyde peptide, which can inhibit Cathepsin B, Cathepsin H and Cathepsin L, and damage the fusion of amphoteric Lysosome. Leupitin hemisulfate also has anti-inflammatory effects.
