Description：GaTx2 是一種非常高親和力的 ClC-2 阻斷劑（表觀 KD ~ 50 pM）多肽，序列中含有29個(gè)氨基酸，并且含有3對(duì)二硫鍵，能減緩 ClC-2 活化并抑制慢門(mén)控，但不抑制開(kāi)放的 ClC-2 通道。GaTx2對(duì) ClC-2 的選擇性優(yōu)于其他 ClC 家族成員（ClC-0、ClC-1、ClC-3 和 ClC-4）、CFTR、GABAC、CaCC 和 KV1.2。
GaTx2 is a highly affinity ClC-2 blocker (apparent KD~50 pM) peptide with 29 amino acids in its sequence and 3 pairs of disulfide bonds. It can slow down ClC-2 activation and inhibit slow gating, but does not inhibit open ClC-2 channels. GaTx2 has better selectivity for ClC-2 than other members of the ClC family (ClC-0, ClC-1, ClC-3, and ClC-4), CFTR, GABAC, CaCC, and KV1.2.
