Description：D-3是一種選擇性PSC清除劑多肽，序列中含有4個(gè)氨基酸，并且都是D型氨基酸，帶有一個(gè)磷酸根。D-3通過堿性磷酸酶依賴機(jī)制，誘導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)的iPSCs和ESCs在培養(yǎng)1h后產(chǎn)生毒性。
D-3 is a selective PSC scavenger peptide that contains four amino acids in its sequence, all of which are D-type amino acids with a phosphate radical. D-3 induces toxicity of cultured iPSCs and ESCs through an alkaline phosphatase dependent mechanism after 1 hour of incubation.
