Description：特利加壓素的序列是在賴氨酸加壓素基礎(chǔ)上增加了三個(gè)Gly，因此在臨床表現(xiàn)上，特里加壓素在體內(nèi)經(jīng)過(guò)酶的降解作用產(chǎn)生活性代謝物，主要活性代謝物為賴氨酸加壓素，所以特利加壓素的起效速度較慢，但藥效的持續(xù)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)。而特里加壓素的代謝產(chǎn)物：賴氨酸加壓素會(huì)在肝臟、腎臟和其它組織中被進(jìn)一步降解。

Therefore, in clinical manifestations, Terlipressin produces active metabolites through enzymatic degradation in the body. The main active metabolite is lysine vasopressin. Therefore, Terlipressin has a slow onset rate, but its efficacy lasts a long time. Lysine vasopressin, the metabolite of trigressin, will be further degraded in liver, kidney and other tissues.
