Description：CRSP-1是一種內(nèi)源性中樞降鈣素(CT)受體激動劑多肽，序列中含有38個氨基酸，包含一對二硫鍵結(jié)構(gòu)，其刺激cAMP形成的效力是CT的350倍（ED50值分別為0.2和71nM）。對降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽(CGRP)和腎上腺髓質(zhì)素受體無活性。抑制多核破骨細胞的形成，在體外具有與CT相似的功效。 抑制自由進食大鼠的食物攝入并提高體溫，并顯著降低體內(nèi)血漿鈣水平。
CRSP-1 is an endogenous central calcitonin (CT) receptor agonist peptide. The sequence contains 38 amino acids and a pair of disulfide bonds. Its effect of stimulating the formation of cAMP is 350 times that of CT (ED50 values are 0.2 and 71 nM respectively). It has no activity on calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and adrenomedullin receptor. It inhibits the formation of multinucleated osteoclasts and has the same effect as CT in vitro. Inhibit the food intake and increase the body temperature of free-eating rats, and significantly reduce the plasma calcium level in vivo.
