產品說明: 同醋酸可的松。但對糖代謝作用強，對電解質作用弱，為目前甾體皮質激素中作用較強、副作用(如水腫、高血壓、肌無力等)較輕的一種藥物。其抗炎作用約為氫化可的松的20-25倍，不引起鈉潴留或鉀損失。其注射液吸收緩慢、作用持久，幾乎沒有可的松、氫化可的松或醋酸氟氫可的松的鹽代謝皮質激素作用，因此不能用作補充療法治療腎上腺皮質激素的不足癥(如阿狄森氏病)。主要用于抗炎和抗過敏，治療風濕性關節(jié)炎及各種皮膚病
