【性狀】 本品為白色或幾乎白色的結(jié)晶性粉末;無(wú)臭,初無(wú)味,隨后有持久的苦 味。 本品在氯仿中易溶,在丙酮或二氧六環(huán)中略溶,在乙醇或乙醚中微溶,在水中不溶。 比旋度 取本品,精密稱(chēng)定,加二氧六環(huán)溶解并定量稀釋制成每 1ml中含10mg的溶 液,依法測(cè)定(附錄Ⅵ E),比旋度為+210°至+217°。 吸收系數(shù) 取本品,精密稱(chēng)定,加無(wú)水乙醇溶解并定量稀釋制成每1ml 中約含10μ g的溶液,照分光光度法(附錄Ⅳ A),在238nm 的波長(zhǎng)處測(cè)定吸收度,吸收系數(shù)(E 1% 1cm)為375 ~405 。

This product is 17α, 21 - dihydroxy pregnane -4-- ene -3,11,20 - trione 21 - acetate.
[Character] is white or almost white crystalline powder; odorless, tasteless early, followed by a lasting bitterness. This product is soluble in chloroform, acetone or dioxane, slightly soluble in ethanol or ether, slightly soluble in water insoluble. Than the rotation of this product, accurately weighed, dissolved in dioxane and added quantitatively diluted per 1ml contains 10mg of the solution, according to the determination (Appendix Ⅵ E), optical rotation of +210 ° to +217 °. Absorption coefficient of the product, accurately weighed, dissolved in ethanol and added quantitatively diluted per 1ml of solution containing about 10μ g, according to spectrophotometry (Appendix Ⅳ A), was measured at 238nm wavelength absorption, absorption coefficient (E 1% 1cm) 375 - 405.
