Product Description:

  A semisynthetic derivative of artemisinin, which can act on the electron transfer chain, produce local reactive oxygen species, and cause depolarization of mitochondrial membrane. It can inhibit the production of TNF-induced proinflammatory cytokines by inhibiting NF-κB and PI3 kinase /Akt signaling pathway in fibroblast-like synovial cells of human rheumatoid arthritis.
