Biological Activity
IACS-8803 disodium is a highly potent cyclic dinucleotide STING agonist. IACS-8803 disodium has a robust systemic antitumor efficacy[1]. IACS-8803 (10 μg; intra-tumoral injection) shows superior antitumor activity in mice bearing bilateral B16-OVA melanomas[1].
