2,3,4,9-Tetrahydro-1,2-dimethyl-1H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole Chemische Eigenschaften,Einsatz,Produktion Methoden
Beschreibung
First isolated from A rthrophy tum leptocladum M. Pop. by Yurashevskii, this alkaloid was assigned the empirical formula C13H16N2, later altered to that given
above when its structure as 3:4-dimethyl-3:4:5:6-tetrahydrocarboline was determined. Of that crystalline salts that have been prepared, the hydrochloride has
m.p. 234-5°C (dec.); methiodide, m.p. 227 -SoC; platinichloride, orange
crystals, m.p. 197 -SoC (dec.); dipicrate, m.p. lSI-2°C and the monopicrate
which exists in two forms, m.p. l12-4°C from aqueous solutions and m.p.
l76-7°C from EtOH. The alkaloid has been synthesized by condensation of
dipterine with formaldehyde in the presence of dilute H2S04 ,
