2-Hydroxy-1,3-dimethoxy-7H-dibenzo[de,g]quinolin-7-one Chemische Eigenschaften,Einsatz,Produktion Methoden
Beschreibung
An alkaloid occurring in Atherosperma moschatum, this base forms an amor_x0002_phous solid which cannot be crystallized. It is soluble in aqueous sodium
carbonate but not in sodium bicarbonate. The ultraviolet spectrum in EtOH has
absorption maxima at 237, 272, 374 and 440 mil with an inflexion at 315 mil.
In acid solution the absorption maxima occur at 246, 281, 390 and 496 mil;
whereas in alkaloine solution they are at 247, 283, 310, 407 and 517 mil. The
hydrochloride forms pink crystals and the O-acetate, yellow crystals, the latter
melting at 190-200° C. The structure has been established from spectroscopic
data as 2-hydroxy-l : 3-dimethoxy-7-oxodibenzo( de,g)quinoline.
