Lythranidine 12-acetate Chemische Eigenschaften,Einsatz,Produktion Methoden
Beschreibung
A non-crystallizable alkaloid isolated from Lythrum anceps Mak., the base yields
a very hygroscopic hydrochloride and the O,O-diacetate, the latter giving a
crystalline hydrochloride, m.p. 180-218°C (dec.); [α]
25D - 33°. When hydrolyzedwith dilute alkalies, the alkaloid gives Lythranidine (q.v.) while treatment with
formaldehyde yields Lythamine. Dehydrogenation with Pd-C followed by
oxidiation with KMn04 furnishes dipicolinic acid.
