氯化亞銦性質(zhì)、用途與生產(chǎn)工藝
生產(chǎn)方法
1.反應(yīng)在20×0.8cm的厚壁硼硅酸玻璃管中進(jìn)行。將反應(yīng)管的一端封閉,在離封閉端約6cm處接出一根1.0cm的小封閉支管。將銦1.3g(稍過量于0.01mol)及氯化汞1.4g(0.005mol)放入反應(yīng)管中。抽真空至1.3~2Pa的壓力,然后封閉。在馬弗爐中加熱至325℃ 30min。將反應(yīng)管從爐中取出,注意一邊傾斜,一邊使游離的汞流入小的封閉支管中,與熔融的一氯化銦分離。為了徹底除汞,進(jìn)一步將反應(yīng)管的一氯化銦的部分在350℃加熱約2h。其間,流入了汞的小封閉管保持在室溫下。收量是定量的。因?yàn)樽畛醯姆磻?yīng)非常激烈,不作適當(dāng)處理,而只顧增加反應(yīng)量是危險(xiǎn)的。
2.使過剩的金屬銦與相應(yīng)的三氯化銦在加熱下進(jìn)行反應(yīng),產(chǎn)物經(jīng)真空蒸餾,即得一氯化銦。
