制備方法
方法一
由乙酰乙酰苯胺在硫酸存在下環(huán)合而得。將濃硫酸預熱至75℃,分批加入乙酰乙酰苯胺,控制溫度為70-75℃。加料結(jié)束后將溫度升至95℃,反應15min后冷卻至65℃,將混合物倒入水中。冷卻后過濾,用水和甲醇洗滌產(chǎn)物,干燥后用95%乙醇重結(jié)晶即得成品。知名試劑公司產(chǎn)品信息
