抗肝片吸蟲(chóng)幼蟲(chóng)病。對(duì)6周齡以前的各期幼蟲(chóng)效果顯著，減蟲(chóng)率幾乎達(dá)100%，可用于治療牛、羊肝片吸蟲(chóng)幼蟲(chóng)病。該品低毒。小鼠口服、皮下、腹腔給藥的LD50均大于3000mg/kg。綿羊以400-1600mg/kg劑量給藥，只有少數(shù)動(dòng)物死亡，脫毛和暫時(shí)性視覺(jué)障礙。該品對(duì)泌乳期、妊娠期及虛弱的家畜無(wú)不良影響，對(duì)產(chǎn)乳量和乳質(zhì)亦無(wú)影響。常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題列表

And the metabolic effects of Diamfenetide on F. hepatica may be secondary to the initial effects on surface membranes.
