General procedure: TCE protected sulfates (0.5 mmol) were dissolved in dry MeOH (3 mL) andreacted with Zn (2 equ./TCE) and HCOONH₄ (6 equ./TCE). Afterstirring overnight at room temperature, the reaction mixture was filtered overcelite and evaporated. The desired product was obtained after filtration over apad of silica gel eluting with DCM/MeOH/NH₄OH = 10/4/1.
