Add Boc-L-tyrosine methyl ester (310.8g, 1.2mol), dimethylformamide (2.9L), potassium carbonate (248.4g, 1.8mol) into a 5L three-necked flask, and control the temperature to 0- Add dimethyl sulfate (181.4g, 1.4mol) at 10°C, and react at 30°C for 16h after the addition is complete.Add water (6L), extract twice with ethyl acetate (1.8L), combine the organic phases, wash with saturated sodium chloride solution (1.2L), dry with sodium sulfate, and concentrate under reduced pressure to obtain Boc-L-(4-methoxy 356.5 g of phenyl)alanine methyl ester, with a yield of 96% and a purity of 98.6%
