A method for preparing lithium of high-purity oxalic acid, the steps are as follows: (1) the 400 kg technical grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate is added to the 2000L in pure water, dissolved in the plastic container, stirring until the solution is clear, technical grade lithium hydroxide solution obtained. (2) from step (1) gas and residual oxalic acid solution 364 kg in the reactor is added, stirring, then slowly adding step (1) the resulting filter good lioh solution, a small amount of white precipitate to the bottom of the generating, the stopping and the filtering good lioh solution, the full reaction of the; then adopts the homogeneous phase synthesis, the remaining filter good lioh solution and residual oxalic acid solution is slowly added in the reactor at the same time, adding process, continuous stirring, temperature control 70 °C the left and the right, after adding lithium hydroxide or oxalic acid pH value of the reaction system is adjusted to 7.2, to continue stirring 30 min. (3) control step (2) the temperature of the solution to lithium oxalate 15 °C/h speed to normal temperature water bath, to be white precipitate lithium oxalate for all sinking into the bottom part, to collect the supernatant return to step (1) as the solvent in place of pure water is recycled in the next reaction. (4) centrifuge lining four fluorine for drying step (3) the resulting lithium oxalate, wet material on 200 °C drying 3h obtain the high-purity oxalic acid lithium finished product 264 kg, product every index in table one.
