General procedure: An oven-dried glass tube containing an Teflon-coated stir bar was charged with a mixture of dibromide (0.2 mmol), (MeO)2P(O)H (0.4 mmol), and K2CO3 (0.2 mmol) in 0.4 mL of dioxane under N2 atmosphere and stirred at 80°C for 13 h. After the reaction, Na2CO3 saturated solution (1 mL) was added to the reaction mixture, and extracted with ethyl acetate. The combined organic extracts were dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, concentrated in vacuum, and the resulting residue was purified by GPC to afford the pure products.
