540g of urea, 3000mL of benzyl alcohol and 5.4 catalyst C were introduced into a 10L reaction kettle in sequence, sealed, heated to 110°C and reacted at this temperature for 10 hours to obtain benzyl carbamate.After testing, the yield of benzyl carbamate was 99.00%, and no benzyl carbamate was detected in the benzyl carbamate (exceeding the detection limit of 0.00001%).
