Steps:

The pH is 5 to 6, and the distilled iodine-containing water is recovered under reduced pressure until the effluent is colorless.Cool down at 010, keep warm for 13h, and rinse with three-in-one.The filter cake was dried under reduced pressure at 70-80° C. for 10-20 hours to obtain 849.1 kg of iohexol intermediate compound 2 with a yield of 96.1% and a purity of 99.54%
