Amination process
The 2-chloro-1,3-propanediol (420.12kg, 3.80kmol) gained in the previous step is transferred to the amination still A17 or the amination still B18, 20% ammonia water (800.00kg, 9.41kmol) and urotropine ( 15.00kg, 0.11kmol), stirred and heated to 50-60°C for 8h. After the reaction is completed, press filtration to obtain 2-amino-1,3-propanediol (346.27kg) after deamination and dehydration, which is sent for inspection by gas chromatographic analysis, and the analysis results are as follows:
