Intermediate Example Int1.1ethyl [(5-bromo-6-methylpyridin-2-yl)carbamothioyl]carbamateEthoxycarbonylisothiocyanat (7.71 g) was added to a stirred solution of 5- bromo-6-methylpyridin-2-amine (10.0 g) in dioxane (90 ml). The mixture was stirred for 2h at r.t. A white solid precipitated. Hexane (100 ml) was added and the white solid was collected by filtration.Yield: 15.4 g of the title compound.1H-NMR (300MHz, DMSO-d6): δ [ppm]= 1.22 (t, 3H), 3.53 (s, 3H), 4.18 (q, 2H), 8.02 (d, 1 H), 8.37 (br. s., 1H), 11.95 (br. s., 2H).
