Reaction Conditions:

Stage #2:Triphenylsilyl chloride in tetrahydrofuran;hexane at -78 - 20;Inert atmosphere;

Steps:

M5 synthetic route:
Add bromide (50mmol) into a 250ml two-necked flask, add 100mL solvent anhydrous THF,Put it under a nitrogen atmosphere to a low temperature of -78°C, add n-BuLi n-hexane solution (105 mmol) dropwise at this temperature, and react at low temperature for 2 hours.Then add triphenyl silicon chloride (115mmol), and gradually return to room temperature after half an hour of reaction.The reaction was carried out overnight at room temperature, and water was added to terminate the reaction. After extraction, separation, water washing,After drying, use n-hexane/dichloromethane as eluent, separate and purify the product with silica gel column, collect the product, and remove the solvent by rotary evaporation. Finally, vacuum dry at room temperature for 12 hours and weigh. The product A5 is obtained with a yield of 35%.
